A physical aptitude test will be conducted, including a series of short tests such as the Cooper test, flexibility assessments, long jump, and vertical jump. This helps us further measure your physical fitness level to better tailor the program to your specific needs.

Throughout the week, time slots will be available for further evaluation, including body analysis, urinalysis, and vital testing. This gives us an even better comprehension of how to provide you with a more effective plan for health. Must be done before week 2.

The mini-Olympics will feature physically demanding events, including tire flips and strength contests, alongside fun activities such as water balloon tosses and sack races. Families are encouraged to attend and show their support for all participants.
