A physical aptitude test will be conducted, including a series of short tests such as the Cooper test, flexibility assessments, long jump, and vertical jump. This helps us further measure your physical fitness level to better tailor the program to your specific needs.

This will be a welcome talk that includes a warm welcome and an introduction to health principles, with a specific focus on the importance of physical health. This will be followed by comprehensive program instructions designed to help guide you toward your best experience.
