As the Director of Nucleus Gym, Marcel Dulac is a dedicated strength coach who focuses on building power through creative and highly effective personalized workouts. He helps members reach their ultimate potential by designing customized training paths that align perfectly with their health goals while ensuring long-term physical progress and consistent results.

Luis Dulac's spinning class is highly regarded for its unique atmosphere, largely due to his curated selection of inspirational music from around the world. He infuses each session with incredible energy, making every ride more than just a workout. Participants consistently describe it as a motivating experience, leaving them feeling uplifted.

Claudia Vasquez specializes in enhancing strength through a focus on functional training. Her approach prioritizes control to improve posture and body awareness, helping clients build a stronger, more adaptable physique. By emphasizing functional strength, she ensures every movement works toward better stability and the prevention of future injuries.

All memberships include a one-time $50 registration fee. This fee covers your body analysis, urinalysis, and a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your body type based on those results. More information about this is available at our gym.

As part of your initial sign-up, we conduct a detailed body analysis to understand your unique composition and needs. This crucial step allows us to personalize your fitness journey from day one, ensuring your exercise and nutrition plans are perfectly tailored for you.
After your body analysis, you'll receive a basic nutritional plan designed specifically for your body's physiology. This plan provides foundational guidance to complement your fitness journey.
You'll have the opportunity to attend insightful health talks from a variety of professionals, including doctors, nutritionists, coaches, and more. These sessions are designed to equip you with valuable knowledge and strategies to better manage your overall health.
You'll enjoy a variety of social activities, often including exercise for a fun way to stay in shape and cooking classes. These events are also a great opportunity to make new, healthy friendships that will truly enrich your life.
Complete a total of 1,000 reps using 4 key bodyweight exercises: Squats, Push-ups, Sit-ups, and Pull-ups. You have the freedom to mix and match the exercises however you like to reach your goal—do them in any order or combination that works for you!
• The Winner: The first person to reach 1,000 total reps wins Challenge of the Month.
• Verification: All reps must be performed and counted in front of a trainer to be official.
• Solo Work: This is for individual effort; reps completed during group exercise classes do not count toward your total.
• Tracking: Your progress will be recorded by your name on the whiteboard to keep track of your numbers.

Soraida conquered the Jacob’s Ladder challenge by reaching 507 feet in 7 minutes and 35 seconds, a performance that officially made her a two-time champion!

Shelly gave it her all in the canoe pull, rowing across the lake and back in a solid 2:57!

Eva claimed an impressive victory by crushing 41 situps in just one minute!
I left Lowe’s and I purchased several 5 gallon paint buckets. I was asked by a couple of people if I need help carrying them into the cart and into my car, I said no thank you I got it. I was nervous because I didn’t know if I actually could do it, but I wanted to try. I was able to load them into the Tahoe!! It felt so good to load them myself, more motivation to keep at it!
I really enjoy my experience at the gym. The workouts are challenging, but they're a perfect fit for my current fitness level. The trainers' energy is contagious, making the sessions fun and turning the gym into a truly motivating place to be.
